Supporting clients to take action based on their own insight and discovery through a series of open questions, active listening and direct challenge. Drawing on the latest theory and teaching from the coaching industry as well as using learning from inspiring leaders in the world of business, politics, sport as well as yogis and Roman Emperors!

I’m Adam and I’ve worked at director level at a FTSE 100 media company; as a consultant and in senior commercial roles in the not-for-profit sector. I help leaders navigate complexity and find flow state where challenge, performance and wellbeing align.

My approach is values-driven and goal-focused, shaped by a belief that motivation and innovation are essential to making a meaningful impact. I work with clients to find practical strategies that sharpen decision-making, build resilience and create the conditions for sustainable success.

I experienced my own health issues when I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes aged 35. I realised, as is the case with most chronic illnesses, that it was most likely stress induced. My reaction to the diagnosis was, at first, to prove that my body could still work, so I signed up to the London marathon. I’ve since run more marathons; competed in triathlons and am a regular cold-water swimmer, and can be found most mornings at Brockwell Lido. These practices keep me grounded and remind me of the benefits of aligning mind and body and the connection between wellbeing and performance.

Drawing on influences from Stoic philosophy to modern business principles, I combine strategic insight with a focus on positive energy and building self-belief. My aim is to help clients thrive—not just in their careers, but across all areas of their lives.

I am an ILM Level 7 qualified executive coach and a member of Association for Coaching and abide by their code of practice.
